Ordering & design
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every Ownfits jersey is made to order, so you can buy one jersey or outfit a full roster in a single checkout. Whether you need a single custom top for yourself or a matching set of custom jerseys for your whole team, the process and the quality are exactly the same.
How does personalization work?
Pick a design, then add your details: team name, player names, numbers, logos, and colors. Because everything is printed with full sublimation, your design covers the jersey edge to edge, and there are no limits on how many colors you use. Names and numbers are part of the design, not add-ons, so each player on your team can have their own. Once you place your order, we print, cut, and sew your jersey from scratch.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size guide before you order. Custom jerseys are made specifically for you, so they can't be swapped for a different size after production. Product & care
Will the print crack, peel, or fade?
No. Sublimation dyes your design directly into the polyester fibers instead of layering ink or vinyl on top of the fabric. There's nothing sitting on the surface to crack, peel, or flake, and the colors stay vivid wash after wash. You can read more about how the process works on our sublimation page.
How should I wash my jersey?
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, and hang it to dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener, and never iron directly over the printed area. Shipping & returns
How long does my order take?
Every jersey is printed, cut, and sewn after you order, so it takes a little longer than pulling something off a shelf. Orders typically move into production within a few business days, and we'll email you updates at each stage so you always know where your gear is. Ordering for a team ahead of a season or tournament? Place your order early and mention your deadline through the contact page.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door. Full details are on our shipping page.
Can I return a custom jersey?
Because each item is personalized and made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a size the customer selected. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. See the returns policy for exactly how it works.
