Every Ownfits jersey is made to order. Your design is printed, cut, and sewn after you place your order, which means each piece is one of a kind. Because of that, our returns policy works a little differently than it does for off-the-shelf gear. Here is how we keep things fair.
Our guarantee
If anything is wrong with your order because of us, we will make it right at no cost to you. That covers items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted, and orders where you receive the wrong item. You get a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
What's covered
- Damage in transit — rips, tears, or other harm that happened on the way to you
- Manufacturing defects — loose stitching, failing seams, or fabric flaws
- Print errors — wrong names, numbers, or colors that do not match the design you approved
- Wrong item shipped — you received a different product or size than the one you ordered
How to make a claim
Reach out through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos that show the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will put a replacement into production or issue your refund promptly.
What we can't accept
Because every jersey carries your team name, numbers, logos, and colors, we can't restock or resell a returned item. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after your order enters production
- A size that doesn't fit, when it matches the size you selected at checkout
- Mistakes in the details you submitted or approved, like spelling or number errors
