Shipping & Delivery
Every Ownfits jersey is fully custom and made to order. Because we print, cut, and sew each piece after you purchase, shipping works a little differently than it does at a store that pulls items off a shelf. Here is what happens after you place your order.
From order to doorstep
- Order confirmed. We review your design details, including team name, numbers, logos, and colors, to make sure everything is ready for production.
- Production. Your design is sublimated directly into the fabric, then each panel is cut and sewn into a finished jersey. You can read more about the process on our sublimation page.
- Quality check. Before your order leaves production, we inspect the print, the stitching, and the sizing.
- Shipping. Your order is packed, handed to the carrier, and assigned a tracking number right away.
Production timing
Because your gear is produced from scratch, please allow a few business days for production before your order ships. Custom work takes a little longer than pulling something off a shelf, and we think the result is worth it. If your team is working toward a specific date, reach out through the contact page before ordering and we will do our best to help you plan.
Delivery in the US
We ship across the United States. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address. Once your order is with the carrier, transit time depends on the service you choose and where you are located.
International orders
We ship internationally too. Rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout, and any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your jersey from our facility to your door.
If something arrives wrong
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right with a free replacement or a refund. See our returns page for exactly how that works.
