Welcome to Ownfits. These terms of service govern your use of our website and your purchase of custom, made-to-order sports jerseys and team apparel. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Made-to-order products
Every Ownfits product is made to order. Your jersey is printed, cut, and sewn after you complete your purchase, based on the design, colors, and personalization you choose. We work hard to describe and display our products accurately, but colors and fine details may appear slightly different on your screen than on the finished garment due to monitor settings and the nature of sublimation printing. Minor variation between what you see on screen and what you receive is normal and is not considered a defect.
Your personalization and artwork
You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalization you submit, including team names, player names, numbers, and spelling. We produce exactly what you approve at checkout, so please review your order carefully before submitting it.
By uploading logos or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. Do not submit designs that infringe someone else's trademarks or copyrights, or that contain hateful, obscene, or otherwise offensive material. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that contains such content.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown at checkout in US dollars unless otherwise noted, and payment is due in full before production begins. If we discover a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Order acceptance and cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm it. Because every item is custom, there is a short window after confirmation and before production starts during which you can request a change or cancellation through the contact page. Once production begins, your order cannot be changed or canceled.
Returns and replacements
Personalized, made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or for a size the customer selected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement or a refund. Full details are in our returns policy.
Intellectual property
All site content, including text, images, and the Ownfits name and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission. You keep the rights to the artwork you upload, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce and fulfill your order.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ownfits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ownfits operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
