Jersey Size Guide
Every Ownfits jersey is cut and sewn to order, so nailing your size before you check out matters more than it does with off-the-shelf gear. The good news: with a soft measuring tape and a few minutes, you can order with confidence. Here's how to do it right.
How to measure yourself
Use a soft tailor's tape and measure over a light t-shirt, not bulky clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and stand relaxed.
- Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under the armpits. Keep it level all the way around and breathe normally.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to where you want the hem to sit, usually at the hip.
- Shoulders: Measure across your upper back from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other, where a seam would naturally sit.
The easiest method: measure a jersey you own
Lay a jersey that fits you well flat on a table and measure it across the chest and down the length. Then match those numbers against the size chart on the product page. This removes most of the guesswork, because you already know how that jersey feels on your body.
Sizing tips
- If you land between two sizes, size up. Sublimated jerseys hold their shape, and a slightly roomier fit works better for layering and movement.
- Want a looser, athletic cut? Go one size above your measured size.
- Youth cuts are proportioned differently from adult sizes, not just scaled down. Always check the youth chart separately rather than converting from adult sizing.
Check the chart on each product page
Cuts vary by style, so a medium in one jersey is not identical to a medium in another. Every product page carries its own size chart with exact garment measurements, so always check the chart for the specific style you're ordering.
