Track Your Order
Every Ownfits jersey is made to order, so tracking works a little differently than it does with off-the-shelf products. Here is what to expect after you place your order.
When you will get your tracking number
Because your jersey is printed, cut, and sewn just for you, there is a short production window before anything ships. Once your order leaves production and is handed to the carrier, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You will receive tracking as soon as it ships, so if you do not see it right away, your order is most likely still being made.
Can't find your tracking email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder. Shipping confirmations sometimes land there.
- Search your inbox for your order number or "Ownfits".
- Confirm the email address you used at checkout, since that is where all updates go.
Something look stuck?
If your tracking has not updated in a while, or you think your order should have shipped by now, we are happy to look into it.
