Match kit means a collared shirt. Net sessions do not, and this is the jersey that covers them: nets, fielding drills, warm-ups and the long stretches of a training evening.

Clubs generally set the body in club color, take the sleeves in a second, and put the club badge on the chest with the player's initials or number on the back. Junior and senior sides often share one design and separate by sleeve color.
